AKRA Vending is owner-operated by Shane Mamet and Amit Divekar. We started AKRA after years of watching venue vending done badly: stale stock, broken machines, and no one picking up the phone when something went wrong.
We wanted to do it properly. We own every machine, look after every restock ourselves, and when something needs sorting you talk to one of us directly, not a call centre.
We work with fitness centres, gyms, medical and dental clinics, workplaces, schools, and hospitality venues. Honestly, anywhere with foot traffic where people get hungry or thirsty.
Every venue is different, so we build the product mix, pricing, and restock cadence around your audience. If you have specific products in mind, we'll source them. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
You provide the space and the foot traffic, and we take care of the rest. The machine, the install, the stock, the payments, the servicing. All of it.
We deliver, place, and commission the machine. Glass-front, cooled, with a cashless tap-to-pay terminal. You don't pay a cent for the equipment, the install, or the payment hardware.
Regular restocks, expiry checks, product rotation, and machine cleaning. We typically visit every 2 to 3 weeks, but we'll come more often if your venue needs it. If something jams or a card reader plays up, we're on it, so you don't have to think about it.
You receive a share of every sale through the machine, paid on a regular cycle. No setup fees and no surprise charges. The exact split depends on the venue and we'll discuss it openly upfront.

Our pilot machine has been serving Northmead Health Club's squash centre since May 2026.
NHC's six-court squash centre runs back-to-back sessions from morning to evening. Players need hydration between games and something quick on the way out. The vending machine sits in the main reception area, in clear sight as players come off-court.
We stock 49 selections across drinks, hydration, snacks, and protein, tuned to a fitness audience but with enough indulgence options for after-game treats.
